The frames on the 65 thru 96 F series are basically the same. They are I beam and have the same basic front sections where the I beams mount. Im in the design phase of a conversion for these trucks that allows you to remove the rivets in the stock engine crossmember that holds the motor mounts and I beams and replace it with a crossmember that holds tube arms. This will include the crossmember and the tube arms as well as any hardware for installation. I may or may not offer the spindle with this setup. Im sure anyone can buy a spindle as cheap as I can. Im still working on what spindle to use on this conversion. I think it needs to be some mid size or large Ford car. I may end up going with a Mustang II spindle since they are available in different styles and even drops. Im working on this same conversion for 82-92 Rangers also.
