Im still working on all the different versions of the 98-2010 Ranger uppers and lowers. I have made 2 sets of the current version. one set was sold and the other is on my brother's 2000 Ranger with 22s and custom drop spindles. We are testing all the pieces together. We even had one side with stock arms, one side with DJM to see what the difference is. We also did one side DJM, one side DHP and other combinations even with one drop spindle the other stock. The difference in negative camber when layed out and at a very low ride hight is amazing.
This is all testing and gathering information to help with optimizing balljoint angles, lengths of arms and seeing how the drop spindles interact with the different combinations of arms. The final production version will look similar to the version you see here. I may switch to a tube for the upper balljoints like the one I used to make at BYC. Back then I went away from it because I had to get them made by someone else. Now I can do them since I have a lathe. Look for new versions and pics as soon as I get back on Ranger parts.

Im also making the Ranger uppers with adjustable heim joints and also another version with adjustable poly bushings. Lok for pics of these soon.
98-09 Ranger upper and lower set (upper poly bushing) $600

This set come with upper and lower arms, upper and lower balljoints, Energy Suspension graphite impregnated polyurethane bushings, inner sleeves, and hardware for installation.
The uppers are a little longer than stock to help with camber issues on dropped trucks. As with any DHP arms you can order these 1" shorter than stock. Also as with DHP S-10 arms you can order these arms in a push forward design. This means that the balljoints are 3/4" forward of stock to put the wheel in the center of the opening and allow for better firewall clearance.
Ranger upper and lower set (upper heims) $650

This set come with upper and lower arms, upper and lower balljoints, Pro 1 series heim joints, cone washers, and hardware for installation.
The uppers are a little longer than stock to help with camber issues on dropped trucks. As with any DHP arms you can order these 1" shorter than stock. 98-09 Ranger upper set (poly bushing) $250

This set is made with 1"x.188" wall DOM tube. The balljoint plates are 1/4" thick. These will use the stock mounting bolts. These are a bit longer than stock for camber issues on bagged trucks.

98-09 Ranger upper set (adjustable heims) $300

This set includes upper arms with adjustable Heim joint ends. These are pro 1 series 3/4" heims with a 5/8" hole. They also come with balljoints, jam nuts for the heims and 5/8" mounting bolts.

This set comes with lower arms, balljoints, poly bushings, inner sleeves and hardware for installation. These can be ordered in a 1" shorter design as well as a 3/4" forward design.
