All DHP parts are made with 1/8", 3/16" or 1/4" thick DOM tube.
All balljoint plates are 1/4" thick.
All bag plates are 3/16" thick.
All shock tabs are 1/4" thick or thicker.
All fullsize lowers are 1&1/2"x3/16" DOM tube.
All fullsize uppers are 1&1/4"x3/16" DOM tube.
All import uppers and lowers are 1"x1/4" DOM tube.
Minitruck watts links are 1"x1/4" DOM tube.
Fullsize watts links are 1&1/4"x3/16" DOM tube.
All DHP bushings are Energy Suspension or Daystar polyurethane.
We are moving toward using all Energy Suspension graphite impregnated polyurethane bushings. These allow long life with no greasing or squeaking.
We are also moving toward using as many screw in balljoints as possible. The screw in sleeves allow for a good weld joint where the balljoints meet the tubes. The look is also much better.
