Project 2005 Dodge Rumblebee

The only thing I have done to this truck so far was these side skirts. This truck had the side skirts like this pic below.

The owner changed the exhaust and had cut the skirt in front of the right rear wheel himself. He then got the exhaust routed out the side. I suggested or he suggested, heck I dont remember for sure, that we fill the rear skirt and mold the front one around the exhaust. I told him to pull the parts and I would get it done. I started by cutting a rectangle hole in the rear skirt to get rid of the hole and the raised area around the hole.
Then I grinded the area around the hole and in the back of the skirt. I used plastic pieces and some panel bond to hold the parts together. I then did the grinding and bodywork thing until it was smooth as glass. I primered the parts, sanded them and reprimered them. I then sanded them with 320 and sent them to a friend for paint.

The customer got the parts from the painter and installed them on the truck. I will have more pics as I get them from him and also when he washes the dirty ass truck. then the paint matches...

Im gonna make molds for these and make them in fiberglass soon. if you would like something like this, please email me at the link below. The following is the list of what I will offer for this truck ***If theres interest***
* right rear skirt, smooth.
* left rear skirt with hole to match stock right rear.
* right front skirt for duals.
* right front skirt for single exhaust.
* left front skirt for duals.
* left front skirt for single exhaust.
This means that you can install dual exhaust that comes out each side in front of the rear wheels or behind. You can also dump the exhaust under the truck and have smooth skirts. You can also run both pipes out the same side in front of the rear wheels or behind.
I will also soon offer tubular control arms for this truck for bags and shortly after that I will offer lowered tubular arms for springs. Check back often for details.
Thanks Coley for the chance to make your nice truck look nicer!
