Dallas Hotrod Parts is a continuation of Barnyard Customs. As such I will offer the same basic items with all new versions of each. I have built all new jigs for the DHP parts with new ideas. I now have a small shop set up to build parts only. I also have better jigs built on flat armor plate that will not bend or warp. I have presicion bushing holders I make myself on a lathe. I can also now make very nice turned bushing sleeves on the lathe.
I will offer the following and expand as DHP grows.
Tubular control arms for bags.
Watts linkage and panhard bar kits and parts.
2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 links, both triangulated and parallel.
CNC plasma cut shock mounts, tabs and brackets. I have learned to draw pieces in CAD and I now design all my tabs, brackets and bag plates myself. I pay special attention to edges and round edges and curve anywhere I can. A CNC plasma is not as precise as a laser and if you take that into account when designing pieces you can make some pretty nice parts.
I can also make CNC cut parts from your design or a drawing.
