Dallas Hotrod Parts will repair or replace (at our discretion) any products we built that are found upon our inspection to be defective in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the vehicle they are installed on for steel parts and for 12 months on polyurethane bushings, balljoints, heim joints and hardware such as bolts and nuts.
This date will start at the date the products are delivered to the end user on backordered or special order products. The warranty is for the parts only and does not cover any damage the parts do to the vehicle or any other vehicle or object of any kind the parts or the vehicle they are installed on comes in contact with at any time.

By purchasing DHP parts you agree that you cannot post negative comments anywhere on the internet inlcuding but not limited to: forums, groups, emails, texts, letters, nor any other media outlet. You agree also that you cannot mail items to any customers, past, present or future, potential customers or any other person without the expressed written consent of DHP.
Shipping charges will not be part of any refund unless we sent you the wrong parts or made a mistake. In that case we will ship you the correct parts or we will send you a shipping label to return the parts. You must contact us before shipping parts to us.
Neither the seller nor Dallas Hotrod Parts or any representative of either will be responsible for any loss, economic or otherwise or damage or injury from any cause including defects of Dallas Hotrod Parts products. Under no circumstances shall Dallas Hotrod Parts, the seller or any representative of either be responsible for consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to person or property, whether as a result of breach of expressed or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise.
Dallas Hotrod Parts products are designed and manufactured for off-road, and/or show vehicle use. Dallas Hotrod Parts products are not D.O.T. approved. Purchase
and/or use of Dallas Hotrod Parts products implies recognition and acceptance of this entire warranty and disclaimer by customer and/or end user. Any use of Dallas Hotrod Parts products for uses other than the intended original use will void the warranty.
This includes but is not limited to the following: Racing, Hopping, 3 wheeling, Jumping, Dragging or any contact of the parts with any road surface or other object by accident or on purpose.
Dallas Hotrod Parts products are, in our opinion overbuilt with oversize tubes and thicker than needed plates and brackets. We feel these parts will not break even under the harshest conditions. However, people find ways to break anything. Be safe and use our products smartly.
